What is EFT?
"My experience with EFT has
been amazing. I would have never
thought that such complex themes
could be brought to the surface
and dealt with so quickly! After
only a few rounds of tapping,
many of the issues that were
blocking my attempts to manifest
the life I desire are finally
under control and are well on
the way to being eliminated all
together. It's almost
unfathomable that something so
simple can be so effective!
Thank you so much for teaching
me this invaluable skill!" -
Janice, LaJolla, California
FINALLY, ONE TECHNIQUE YOU CAN
USE ON EVERY ISSUE IN YOUR LIFE!
What is it? EFT is a process of
tapping with your fingers on
special stress-relief points on
the body while focusing on a
physical, mental or emotional
issue. Tapping on these special
energy points helps you release
negative emotions, limiting
beliefs, and traumas that you
have stored in your unconscious
mind.
Some people report that tapping
on these stress-relief points
feels similar to hypnosis only
you are not in a trance (in
fact, you can even do EFT while
driving a car!). Others call it
emotional acupuncture, since it
can be used to ease stress
producing emotions like anxiety,
fear, anger, and grief.
With EFT it is possible to
experience deep emotional
healing without suffering or
reliving past trauma. EFT is
convenient, easy to learn and
can be done very effectively
over the telephone. You can
experience this healing work in
the convenience of your home
(even in your pajamas!).
Some of the issues that EFT
successfully addresses are:
Anxiety, stress, grief, marital
issues, hyperactivity/ADD,
bedwetting, trauma, phobias,
anger, guilt, resentment, abuse
issues, conflict resolution,
self-esteem issues.
EFT is easy to teach to children
and has been used successfully
to help children with a variety
of issues. With only two weeks
of tapping, my three year old
son was completely cured of a
speech problem that he had been
battling for years! Now EFT is
almost the only tool that I use
for clearing emotional blocks.
Although there are many types of
Meridian Energy Therapies
available, I use EFT most often
because of its simplicity and
consistent results.
EFT can be applied in many ways
to almost any situation.
Individual coaching sessions
with EFT are highly effective.
EFT also works extraordinarily
well in groups. If you haven't
had success with other "energy
healing" techniques, don't give
up until you have tried EFT.

EFT FOR PARENTS
Let’s face it, parenting is one
of the most emotionally
challenging jobs you can have.
You bring every one of your
deepest fears and joys into the
parenting relationship. And yet,
experts will tell you, that to
raise strong and capable
children today, you need to stay
emotionally calm and follow
through with discipline that is
loving and kind!
How hard is that when your four
year old has just called you
“butt-head” in front of your
mother-in-law? Or your 12 year
old daughter is caught kissing
the 16 year old boy up the
street?
Or just simply getting all your
kids out of the house with shoes
on and teeth brushed feels like
climbing up Mt. Everest
backwards with roller skates on…
How we act as parents is
conditioned by how we were
raised and our life experiences.
Most people enter the parenting
relationship with emotional
baggage. Most parents end up
reacting to their children’s
behavior based on their
subconscious emotional patterns.
EFT helps you rewrite your
emotional patterns. With EFT I
can help you remove the
emotional drivers that trigger
unhealthy behavior in you and
your child. AND, using EFT I can
help you install healthy
emotional patterns that can
empower you to become the parent
your heart wants you to be!
The process of doing EFT with
children is similar to tapping
with adults but with slight
variations. To learn how to use
EFT for parents and kids, get my
training manual "EFT FOR
PARENTS" at
