The Power
of Words...And Yes, Thoughts & Feelings Too!
 Many
of us intuitively know that words are very powerful. We know they
can uplift, heal or break someone. However, until recently we have never
been able to physically see the effect that words have…and yes,
thoughts and feelings too.
I am so grateful for the work of Dr. Masaru Emoto. In his books, The
Hidden Messages in Water and Love Thyself, he has given
humanity the scientific proof that has incredible potential to change
the way we use our words, in addition to being more conscious of
what we think and ultimately feel.
Here I offer you an overview of the visual proof Dr. Emoto presents in
his work, with the intention of increasing your conscious awareness
of how your own thoughts, words and feelings affect you and those
around you AND to inspire you to use your words to positively
empower and heal.
The proof I’m about to share with you can be found in Dr. Emoto’s book,
The Hidden Messages in Water. Here, Emoto presents his discovery
that our thoughts, words, and feelings affect the cellular structure of
water molecules, the basis of life.
The beauty of these findings is that they directly apply to us: you,
me and everyone all over the world. You see, the average human body
is 70% water. Our bodies are mostly water! Therefore, I invite you to
ponder how what you read/see here, affects not only water, but each one
of us.
Using high speed photography, Dr. Emoto captures the crystals formed in
frozen water. His experiments involve exposing water to different things
and then taking pictures to see if and how the water is affected.
Emoto’s first experiments involved sound. He thought, “Let’s see what
happens when we expose water to music.” He first tried classical
music. The crystals formed by this water were always brilliant, complex
and showed beautiful snowflake patterns (see below). He then exposed the
water to heavy metal music. The result… no crystals were formed; only
asymmetrical patterns.

water is giving us.

After experimenting with sound, he had a far fetched idea: Could
water be affected by written words on paper? It does not seem
logical that water would read the words, but he decided to try it
anyway. He wrote some words on a piece of paper and wrapped it around a
water bottle. The results showed that it DID make a difference!

Above we see the result of water exposed to
“Thank you.” It formed beautiful hexagonal crystals, but
water exposed to “You Fool” produced patterns similar to water
exposed to heavy metal music, malformed and fragmented.

The water exposed to "Let’s do it!" created attractive,
well-formed crystals, but the water from “Do it!” barely formed
any crystals at all. These are phrases that many parents use when
speaking to their children. It is great to be able to see the
different effects each phrase has.
The most beautiful and delicate crystal Emoto has seen so far was
created from “Love & Gratitude” (above). I believe this crystal
offers beautiful visual proof of the power of Love and Gratitude. It is
very clear here on these pictures!
Dr. Emoto also experimented with technology and prayer. The picture
on the left below shows us what happens to water after being microwaved.

Now, see on this picture what happened to the same microwaved water
after being infused with the words “Love & Gratitude.” See the
beautiful crystal? This shows us that “Love & Gratitude” can heal
even that which has been hurt! Proving that Love can create miracles
and healing!

These word experiments were done in several languages and they always
showed the same result. This means that it is not really the actual
word that is important, but its’ vibration.
Everything in our universe is energy. That’s what physics and
quantum physics show. Everything!: solid things (if looked at under a
powerful microscope, are protons and electrons dancing in space),
thoughts, words, and feelings. Energy vibrates and has a
frequency. Through resonance, water starts vibrating to the same
frequency of that which it is exposed to. These pictures are capturing
this resonance and giving us this powerful and enlightening visual
proof.
I am very excited to see how science and spirituality are blending
together to show us how to live happier and healthier lives.
The results of these experiments are ultimately showing us that
Love is the most powerful force in the
Universe! And even more magical when
combined with Gratitude!
Love
is the most powerful force in the Universe.
Now that we have seen with our own eyes the effect that our words,
thoughts and feelings have on water (and everything that contains water,
including ourselves, our children, our loved ones, and all those who
come in contact with us), I believe we have a
responsibility to use this power wisely. We can now use this
power to heal and empower ourselves and those around us.

FOR YOU!
I’d like to leave you with a GIFT that
you can give to yourself.
Find a label and write a positive word or
phrase (like Love & Gratitude, Wisdom, Peace, You are Beautiful, I Love
You, God) and stick it to a water bottle. Later, as you drink that
water, know that you are gifting yourself with beautiful water
crystals that nurture your body and your soul. You can also give
this gift to your children and others whom you love!
