This class provides parents and caregivers natural and holistic ways to help children with ADD and ADHD characteristics.  Many children today are being labeled with Attention Deficit Disorder (ADD) and Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) and are given medications before any natural approach is tried.  Many of these children are actually Indigo children, who are very sensitive and gifted, and need our help for their healthy development.

We will discuss:

• Indigo children and ADD/ADHD

• the impact and risks of taking psycho-stimulant drugs (like Ritalin) for ADD/ADHD.

• natural and holistic approaches that help ADD/ADHD symptoms:

• nutrition

• behavioral management

• home and school environment

• spiritual techniques

• alternative medicine
