"Parenting through Your Heart" is a powerful, experiential workshop where you learn how to unleash the inner wisdom and power of your heart to help you create the fulfilling family life you desire.

I.  In this one-day workshop, you will learn how to:

• Use the Law of Attraction 

  • to create supportive relationships with your children.

  • to create more harmony, peace and joy at home.

  • to attract the resources you need to have your ideal family life.

   

• Apply Heart-based Discipline and Communication *

  • to understand why your child misbehaves and what you can do to prevent it.

  • to experience understanding, empathy, and win-win solutions that meet  your child's needs, as well as, your own.

  • to discover loving and effective alternatives to punishments and rewards.

  • to create a deeper connection to your own self, your partner, and your child.

  • to resolve power struggles, fights, and other challenging parenting situations.

  * We will cover Nonviolent CommunicationSM and "Redirecting Children's Behavior"  strategies.

   

• Use your Inner Wisdom (Intuition)

  • to gain clarity into how to best meet your own needs, as well as, your child's needs so that everyone feels fulfilled.

  • to receive insights to help you find perfect solutions for you and your family.

  • to connect with your Divine Self, your essence of loving wisdom.

II.  This workshop includes:

1. workbook with exercises to apply the workshop information to your own personal life.

2. visualization exercises  that assist you in connecting to your heart and inner wisdom, and in creating your perfect day with your family.

3. role plays to practice the skills being learned and use them in "real life" scenarios.

5. meditation CD: "Connecting with Your Heart and Creating Your Perfect Day" by Dumari Dancoes

6. list of additional resources to assist you in your parenting journey.
