Let me tell you how each of these tools can help YOU create the family life you will absolutely love.
1. The Law of Attraction The Law of Attraction, also known as the Law of Love, is the most powerful law in the Universe. You can deliberately use your thoughts and feelings to attract to you your desired experiences, synchronicities, and resources. During class, you will learn how the Law of Attraction is working for your family now and how you can deliberately use it to create the family experience you truly desire. You will receive affirmations, visualizations, and other manifesting tools to help you overcome your current challenges.
2. Heart-based Communication & Discipline Communication based on love, understanding and respect creates a deep connection between loved-ones. Traditional parenting methods do not work (read Dumari’s article, “The High Costs of Punishments & Rewards”), but effective parenting skills based on love help both you and your child feel understood, acknowledged and respected. During class, you learn how to meet your child’s basic needs and communicate effectively in order to prevent misbehavior, gain cooperation, achieve win-win solutions, and encourage a sense of well-being in your family.
3. The Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) The Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) is an acupressure technique you can use to release emotions that obstruct effective parenting strategies. EFT uses the power of self-love and meridian energy therapy to deal with negative emotions. Use EFT to help you stay calm and follow through on discipline that is loving and kind. During class, you learn to use EFT to help you with your own emotions (and your child's!). Some common intense emotions that many parents feel are frustration, guilt, anger, feelings of inadequacy, powerlessness, etc.
4. Your Intuition Your inner wisdom flows through you through your heart. When you focus on Love and Gratitude, your heart naturally expands, and so does your intuition. Use your intuition to gain clarity as to how to best meet your own needs, as well as, your child’s needs. Allow your inner wisdom to assist you in parenting your child. Experience the support of a loving Universe and your Divine Self in your life as you receive answers to help you with simple, day-to-day challenges, and with "big" challenges too. During class, you learn how your Divine Self communicates with you through your intuition. You discover how your own intuition works and experience inner wisdom flowing through you during a guided meditation. You gain insights that help you discern between true divine guidance vs. your imagination.
5. Human Design Human Design is a personality chart analysis that offers you valuable knowledge about you and your child. It is an “instructions manual” that offers strategies to interact with your family in ways that honor each others’ uniqueness. As part of this tele-class, you receive the Human Design chart of all your children, your partner (spouse) and your own chart. During class you gain understanding of each of your family members' uniqueness and strategies that honor each of you. These strategies help your relationships flow more smoothly.
