Welcome to the
first issue of
'Empower U From

For those of you
who have been
subscribers of
Children Lights
for a while, you
will notice that
this newsletter has
a new look (and
name). I am excited
to now be offering
my coaching services
to you in a more
unified way.
I am integrating
my Parent
Coaching
practice (Children
Lights) with my
Human Design
coaching under a
bigger umbrella:
"Empower U From
Within."
I believe this new
format better
reflects my purpose:
to empower both
families, as well
as, individuals to
experience a more
fulfilling life and
reach their highest
potential.
Many of us are
awakening to the
realization that
True Power Comes
from Within. It
comes from realizing
our oneness with the
Creator, whose
essence is Love. We
experience our true
power when we invite
Love (God) to guide
us at every moment.
When we connect with
our true power from
within,
everything in our
lives transforms to
be in harmony with
our true Divine
Self. This
universal principle
affects all our
experiences, no
matter what role we
are playing:
husband, wife,
parent, friend,
co-worker,
individual, etc.

Many of
us
intuitively
know
that
words
are very
powerful.
We know
they can
uplift,
heal or
break
someone.
However,
until
recently
we have
never
been
able to
physically
see the
effect
that
words
have,
and yes,
thoughts
and
feelings
too.
I am so
grateful
for the
work of
Dr.
Masaru
Emoto.
He has
given
humanity
the
scientific
proof
that has
incredible
potential
to
change
the way
we use
our
words,
in
addition
to being
more
conscious
of what
we think
and
ultimately
feel.
The
visual
proof
I'm
about to
share
with you
can be
found in
Dr.
Emoto's
book,
The
Hidden
Messages
in Water.
Here,
Emoto
presents
his
discovery
that our
thoughts,
words,
and
feelings
affect
the
cellular
structure
of water
molecules,
the
basis of
life.
The
beauty
of these
findings
is that
they
directly
apply to
us: you,
me and
everyone
all over
the
world.
You see,
the
average
human
body is
70%
water.
Our
bodies
are
mostly
water!
Therefore,
I invite
you to
ponder
how what
you
read/see
here,
affects
not only
water,
but each
one of
us.
