The Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) is an acupressure technique you can use to release emotions that obstruct effective parenting strategies.  EFT uses the power of self-love and meridian energy therapy to deal with negative emotions.  Use EFT to help you stay calm and follow through on discipline that is loving and kind.
